According to these scores, the [8-core] "ZEN" sample [crunches] the Blender benchmark render in 69 seconds, the same time it takes for a 10-core Xeon E5-2650 V2 processor. The ZEN chip is also closely trailing Xeon E5-2600 V4 series chips. AMD is expected to launch its first ZEN "Summit Ridge" 8-core processors in early 2017.

and all the posters there on the forum all express their reservations over single core performance which is the real clincher if its your main card and AMD's ability to churn out BS hype like there is no tomorrow as in heard it all before.

It's a blender benchmark site. it has nothing to do with AMD. You know, if somebody makes a good product, whoever it is, can't we just be happy for them. If not, what's it to us?
