I have built this house I have used a bathroom texture on the floor in the bathroom I have my character in the scene as my character walk into the bathroom the texture on the floor in the bathroom flickers. How do I get the texture to stay still as my character moves?

Not much to go on in your post but I'll bite:

My first question would be how is the character influencing the texture on the floor object?

My first idea would be a world versus local coordinate texture mapping.

Again, not a lot of information in your post so I'm throwing darts in the dark. Is the floor object moving at all?

So back the the original question: how is the floor texture connected to the movement of your character model? Maybe you need to post the scene so we can take a look.

I found out what the problem was. The problem was that i was targeting the character as it moved in the bathroom so I set targeting for the camera to none so now I don't have that problem
