Why are grainy light? Please help.

Try increasing the minimum and maximum samples. Instead of 1-9, 44-66 say. Also you can lower the adaptive samples to 0.001.

I'd put antialias at 5min 15max samples and up your light samples to 10

By chance are you using an HDRI image for your sky because that looks somewhat like HDRI speckles. If so try turning on the HDR filtering in the render panel or blur your HDRI.

Danner, have increase antialiasing & light samples,
Snosrap, actually i do not use HDRI, just Gradient Backdrop, but think of some, thanks for recommendation!

Unless you are saving to a high dynamic image, I'd turn on "Limit dynamic Range" It'll help you get rid of the jaggies around the lights.

That is just sketch for museum exhibition. And i save that scene for further use. Now i need make some stuff in the center.

Which way evenly better to add HDRI?
