I know I am not the only one in Lightwave land with this hand condition, there are so many of us LWers with Scandanavian, Celtic, Norwegian, European desent.

I have been recently (today) talking with my doc and his advice is "do what ever works for you to prevent progression (contracture)"

So as we tend to grasp the mice putting our hands in what may be a bad position for this affliction.

I have found,for myself, that stretching the hands backwards constantly and aggresively work to keep this at bay. My goal is to avoid surgery at all costs so stretching is what I do. Make no mistake stretching hurts like a muthaf****r but it works for me.
