Excuse me, but since my mind reading is not what it once was, would you care to provide some sort of guidance to follow the conversation in the form of, let's say, a link or any other convenient pointer, please. :-)

Are we perhaps talking about this? https://vimeo.com/channels/greasepencil

Or something more specific?

Sorry, I did not have a lot of time to post this. First, in Blender 2.77 new sculpt tools for the Grease Pencil will be introduced (the pre-release candidate is available for download here: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Ref/Release_Notes/2.77/GPencil), which allow the user to sculpt drawings. It is a great new feature, making it a doddle to add squash and stretch in your 2d animations.

More info relating to the new Grease Pencil additions here:
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Ref/Release_Notes/2.77/GPencil

Secondly, aside from these new additions, Antonoiya is busy preparing the release of GP Tools, which will extend the Grease Pencil functionality of Blender with a library function and other useful scripts.

These combined are what is demonstrated in the Vimeo video I posted earlier.
