Hi there, does Mipmapping work through glass or clip maps? I can't seem to get it to work?

You should attach scene to check.

If you think it's working wrong, compare with older versions of LW, to check whether they behave the same, or something was broken recently.

But it's debatable how mip-mapping routine decide which mip-map to use.
For something directly visible from camera, it's pretty easy. Simply calculate distance from camera item and spot info > world position.
But if ray is f.e. reflected? Object that's in mirror can be close to camera, but length camera-reflective surface, reflective surface-object with mip-map, can be much higher..

Hi, it is working on a carpet in front of a sheet of glass and then not through the glass, and also not through the clipped areas of a clip matt but either side.
