View Full Version : Single Point Polygons not Rendering?

I created a star field with points and converted them to single point polygons. Loading this to a blank scene and rendering works. However, when I try to add this exact same object to an existing scene, the points do not appear to render no matter their position to the camera. I've tried a number of things to no avail:

- Increased particle/line size
- Set surface to double sided
- Luminosity is 100%
- Tried switching cameras (perspective, classic, etc).

This is nothing special about my scene other than many of the objects, minus the star field, use edge transparency. Nothing is obscuring the star field object. No background other than a color which I've tried changing too.

Any ideas? I'm using LW 11.6.3.

on the render globals / render panel you need to tick render lines

The "Single Point Polygons" are "Particles", so you have to add "Particle2Partigon" to make them as you want (or "Pixie Dust" following the desired effect).
