Hi!

I would like to know that Lightwave 2015.3 is stable or not stable on new Windows 10. Please let me know about it before i installing them. By the way i'm running Windows 7 pro.

Thanks.

I have used Windows 10/LW 2015.3 for a month or so and have not had any problems with LW that can be blamed on Windows 10 (so far), the most common problem is that some older video drivers stop working when you upgrade to W10, but usually no problem to get a new driver for it.

I've been using Windows 10 since July and it's been no less stable with LightWave than Windows 7 was (and it's been very stable here and at work).

Like Magiclight, I had to manually update some hardware drivers to improve performance on some of my computers but this had nothing to do with Lightwave.

Seems fine here, im on insider 10 and 2015.3 seems as stable as 7 was.

runs fine so far except for:
- mouse movement is strange - solution: set to tablet mode in preferences
- large render always crashes. I have a scene with 10000 x 14000 pixels which can't finish on Win 10 / LW 2015.3. It always crashes (full render and limited region render) - solution: switch back to LW 2015.2 on Win 7. Same scene there finished after 6 hours without a problem.

I do stills - no animation or character things so far.

Tablet mode never worked for me. When dragging, movement stops when the cursor hits the window edge; forcing you to re-grab and drag again... over and over. Unacceptable. Is this different in Win10?

I have been using LW (2015/.2/.3) in tablet mode with a Wacom Intuos pro with W8, 8.1 and 10 and have never had any problems at all like that, but maybe I misunderstand your problem ?
