I have a circular spline made from a LW curve, around which the camera is deployed using spline control but for 3 frames around f 370, it flips 180 degrees. Any clues as to what causes this?
Thanks.

I don't know how Spline Control is working,
but here is video tutorial how I would do it,

Its the orientation of the nulls defining the spline.

In 2015 there is the option to use a LW curve and there points don't have any properties to edit. I think it might have something to do with it being a merged curve, in as much as you can't make a complete closed curve out of a circle?

Solution is a stepped 180 deg. heading key on the first frame where it flips. Nice option to be able to make the curve in modular and adjust it easily from there.

Isn't there also a utility to convert a curve to corresponding Nulls? Then you can adjust the HPB.

Yes you could try using powergons at each point after killing the poly. Personally, it's great to be able to use modeler curves.

I bumped into this problem a while ago and I solved it using a null as a pole item on the camera, but only on the bank controller channel.
