Hi, suddenly my 3play 460 stopped to work correctly throwing out "Record stopped automatically" error on the top of the screen. Files are not cut at mark in and mark out points and sometimes clips are stuttering (like played at 5% speed or similar to situation when only each 10th frame is showed).

Anybody familiar with this issue? What we can try to fix it?

To answer upcoming question: yes, 3play has been updated to latest software downloadable from Newtek's web site. But nothing changes - this issue makes it unusable, similar as before update has been applied.

I would put a call into support.

My guess off hand would be a bad hard drive.
