View Full Version : Bug Check: PFX nozzle setting - Object Normal not functioning?/ flocking polys

In attempting the "flocking polys" thread, I messed with PFX for the first time in a long time. Was having difficulties, so I reduced the case to a very simple one.

Attempting to get particles to emit from a simple cube's normals, I set the particle # to 6 and the nozzle to Object-Normal. However, what I see suggests that Object-normal is being ignored and instead Object-Vertices is being used. (This could easily be a typo in the index to the drop-down menu code, since the two choices are next to each other.)

But, like I said, it's been a long time and I do not exclude the possibility of pilot-error. Could someone confirm my suspicions here before I submit the report?
