I tested that recently in LW+Octane and it's good model, very very dense (real 3D scan) but for not so big projects it could be useful, and hey its FREE (for those 2 models) so everyone can try :).

Thatīs a darn good rendering of it, how much rework of texturing and shading did you have to do?

Well model has only 1 material and it's UV so if you don't need any fancy effects/glossy/skin/isolation you can strictly just slap 2 nodes (octane material and UV texture) and call it a day. But i wanted to isolate skin from shoes, dress (for micro bumps) and model download provides masks for all that so i make it a bit more detailed with more texture/material options.

Here is the screen-grab

I used https://secure.axyz-design.com/ for a commercial gig a few months back , render wise it held upto the camera but some of the textures was a little bit off , also I bought several assets and the lighting setup/environment changes per asset , otherwise pretty decent results and saved a few bucks.
