View Full Version : Is there a plugin to move a point based on a smoothing angle?

What I have is a mesh like a landscape and some points are too far away from adjacent points to be within an acceptable smoothing angle.
What I'm looking for is a plugin that will move the offending point back into a closer range base on the surrounding points.
Something like point normal move, but only work on the points that are above a set range. Say 89 or 50 whatever I set the range at.
Is there a plugin or a way to do this?
LW 11.6 Mac if possible.

Not that I know of, but I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean. Any chance you have a screenshot or napkin drawing?

This will work. Smooth. DOAH! Even has a shortcut built in. +M Not perfect but will do.
