I would like to smooth (until the ball) and scale Pieces from fracture, after the exploding. How you solve this ?

Not sure what you are after, do you mean it needs to be done in the animation process or can you work it out in modeler?

if you are looking for taking a wall and fracture it with for example voronoi, the making those pieces fly away and in later stage of the animation they sort of morph to spheres? that might be tricky.

2 objects: first one is fractured, second one is whole (not fractured).
Frame before impact: keyframe second one (whole) to be 0% dissolved, keyframe first one (fractured) to be 100% dissolved. (Object Properties panel: Object Dissolve.)
On frame when impact happens: keyframe second one to be 100% dissolved, keyframe first one to be 0% dissolved.
Use Graph Editor, select all keyframes and set Incoming Curve = Linear.

You swap solid object for fractured object on the frame when impact happens.
