talk about some really fine 3d work.

the space ships and space battles are just amazing.

When his skull ship went into warp - with all that smoke around it - gave me the willies.

Some huge amounts of future tech stuff really well done.

want to see some great bridges for spaceships - its a very well made show.

some real thought went into the design process.

oh and here. its on youtube - you may find the speeded up voices kinda funny.

if anyone knows what software they used to make this, i'd like to know.

and if you like all cgi movies
appleseed is also worth a look -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VpCEnic_aE - looks like better quality but not better audio.

I was quite surprised at how much I liked the movie... great NetFlix find a few weeks ago. Story was a bit of a mess but overall I enjoyed it.

the original anime had better stories, - i wonder why they went with what they did. As epic as it was, it sure was a mess.
also a bit fantastic with the earth thing.

still - the design work is first rate - and fun to look at, which is why i posted it.

Makes me think of final fantasy - but way better!

Geeze! "Well I've got good new and bad news. You are the new art designer for this movie."
But I LIKE it!

It is REALLY nice looking. But I can't even get past the voice acting to get to the story.

That's always the problem with dub

i usually watch original with japanese soundtrack and read subtitles - the voice acting is usually way better.
