View Full Version : FBX exporter failing ?

I'm sending a file to FBX from LightWave Modeler 2015.2 - and the objects come out as very, very dark.
I tried with OBJ as well to compare the outcome.

The model is intended for a game that's using Unity, and they have made their custom FBX importer for mods specifically for the game.

The game is not out yet, but I found a streamer who could test the import procedure for me. It came in completely black. So I opened Maya to test on my end as well..

OBJ to the left, FBX to the right. There's absolutely nothing extraordinary with the surface setup. Everything is quads and tris and UV mapped.
