This one buggers me since ages. Why can't we have value snapping in the graph editor? Whenever I create a key with the key symbol I end up with
fractional values like 0.12538 or 99.12325. Wherelse I would rather want 0 or 100. Rant off.

Doesnt happen for me, unless you have fractional frames turned on.

I think he means when adding a value, not time code. Some kind of tolerance setting would be useful - put in a feature request!

Yes, keys are placed at integers but values at that key are initiated somewhat awkwardly, e.g.: 99.4532. Most of the time I change an intensity in a range of 0 and 100.
Let's say a light or a morph. A slight morph of 0.5423 can cause strange effects. A dissolve of 0.467979889 makes strange effects too.

Then there the old can't slide a key to frame 50 when the graph grid is a smidge "too small." That is, it will slide to frames 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, but skip over 50 and do 51, 52, 53, etc. Same goes for dragging a value < > gizmo, like say to set a keyframe for dissolve, etc. Again, it'll increment 0 - 100, but skip over 50. This happens in Modeler, too, when dragging a value gizmo or using the mouse to set scale, stretch, skew, etc. Click and drag in the viewport to get 50% scale and it'll just skip over 50 and do either 49 or 51%. Aggravating!
