View Full Version : Rendered Instance doesn't match VPR or Open GL

I have about 26 differently surfaced Tiles with various Icons UV mapped that I Instanced to make a pile of random tiles.
I used the OpenGL and VPR to get the positions and placement of the various tiles to my liking but upon rendering, the textures come up different (Icons switched here or there) and some rotations different that seen in the Open GL/VPR where intersection of tiles pop up that weren't there.

Is this a known bug?

Tried 11.6.3?

just tested it on my computer at home that has 11.6 and it shows up there too. I'll check for 11.6.3?

Installed 11.6.3 at home. Still issues with textures not appearing as they do in the Open GL/VPR. I did notice a notation in the docs that this particular issue was noted and "fixed" in version 11.6.1 "Fixed Case 66838 F9 Renders Instances very differently from OGL and VPR"
Looks like it may not be fixed after all...
