View Full Version : Randomize rotation of Particle fx loaded from a .pfx file triggered by parent emiter?

Hello

I'm trying to create a scene with numerous explosions. Basically I created a single explosion using particle fx, saved the motion as a .pfx file, and now have that single explosion triggering at multiple locations around the scene at different times by using another emitter as parent to the particle fx file emitter. However, I cannot get the rotations of those explosions to randomize. Instead they all appear as uniform. Neither the controls in the parent emitter or the child particle fx file emitter 'Rotation -> Random Rotation and Scale' appear to be having any effect at all.

Is anyone able to advise?
