Hi, I just need to know if someone know how can I open a .DWG file in LightWave 7.5c

You cant.
DWGs are 2d- drawings and not 3d.

Acad drawing files (.dwg) can certainly be 3D files.
Here's how you get them into Lightwave...

You have to export the dwg file as a .3DS file.
Then in Modeler, you can load it.
Lightwave will ask if you want to rotate it. Acad treats the Z axis as being straight up and down, whereas in Lightwave, straight up and down is the Y axis.
Also, LW will ask if you want to scale your objects. Yes, you do.
Acad's standard unit is "Inch", Lightwave's standard unit is "Meter". So you need to set the scale to .0254 for correct scale.

There's another thread here about this. It's always a good idea to SEARCH THE FORUMS first.
