Anyone else seeing an issue with the new intersection edges feature?

Steps:

1) Create a box
2) Apply rounder to it (see screenshot for approximate size)
3) Send to layout
4) Set material to be smooth with default angles
5) Set intersection edges with any pixel width (I'm using 5 here just to illustrate the problem)

Actual result: The beveled edges are getting line strokes
Expected result: no lines should show since nothing is intersecting.

I'm unable to reproduce your problem here. When I create a box, apply rounder, send it to layout and turn on intersection edges, I get a render where no edges are outlined. Exactly what I would expect since there's no intersection going on. Does your object have any 2 point polys, non-planars, or duplicate polys on top of one another?

Same here, looks fine. Create box. rounder.... nothing.

I think so OP has Smoothing turned on.
Default it's off.

Also look at Intersection Edges Angle. It's 20 degrees. After making it >45 degrees effect should disappear, no?

Ah, I missed on critical detail: VPR. The f9 render looks fine. It's the VPR preview that has the odd lines.

Oh, and increasing the angle to 45 degrees, reduces the problem, but I still see a segment or 2 with the lines.

Difference between VPR and F9 is also considered as a bug, worth reporting, if it's not related to optimization between draft mode, reduced recursion limit etc.
