After exporting clips out of our 3play system we try and import them into Premiere, but when we do Audio doesn't show up. (we're essentially trying to edit a package using radio audio for this purpose) The Audio is there because we can listen to the clip in WMP or Quicktime, but premiere doesn't recognize the audio. We're assuming codec issues.
We have the prepare for web button clicked and we've tried it without it clicked as well. Has anyone else had this issue, and does anyone have a work around?
If you have any questions for me about certain things let me know and i'll get back with answers as soon as I can.
Thanks

If you have a tricaster you can run the files through that to change them. One of my geeks does edit the files directly using ffmpeg which is fast but he away for a few weeks now. The slow way does work.

There aren't a lot of bodies around here today that I can pester about this, but let me ask a question: have you tried using the Export feature in the Startup>Session screen?
