Viewed the demo video in the post titled
New Nvidia PhysX FleX Features.
Very impressive software.
Also viewed youtube demos and visited Nvidia,s own site for more info.
What i do not understand is how it is used in relation to 3d software.
Is this software only for Gamers/programmers as it doesn,t look as if
there is any kind of plugin aspect to it to link it to eg LW 2015.
Is the software work in progress/still in developement with the intention
to make it a plugin for 3d software.
Thanks for any info in reply.
Regards. KEN.

From what I know, it is for use in live gaming/VR environments that make use of the PhysX functions on the graphics card. The million dollar question is whether LW3DGroup would be able to use it as a source of data and convert that into usable data in LW. Personally, I don't see why not as it is just data and should only need translating if anything. But hey, I am not a programmer so my opinion shouldn't be trusted :)

It would be great to have access to fast liquid simulations though.

Thanks Kaptive for info.
I hope the LW3DGroup are aware of this software, and if they are working on Fluid and fire & Smoke Dynamics, decide to include similar features.
