.... how do you save an image from VPR? In 11.6 there was a disk icon to save. I don't see that in 2015.

You sure? It should be to the left of the navigation icons.

Let me know it they improved on that too, I was a little annoyed that the saving extension canīt use scenefilenames, if they put a checkbox "use scenefilename" that would be great, would be so much easier to just save image without having to write the scenename for image saving.
But first things first, let me know when you find the saving options:)

What would be good is to have the location follow the Content Directory specification and put them in Renders. All dropped into one spot, sequentially numbered isn't the best, IMO.

yepp..I just installed 2015..was a bit messy with issues with dongles..had to be removed, and then the drag and drop license didnīt work until I started modeler from the the hub..which by the way didnīstart up with layout..had to start that seperatly.

when I tested in discovery mode...the vpr button for image saving werenīt there...in trial mode...now it is there.

Yeah that makes sense as watermarking VPR would be a poor way to try and sell a seat. :)

I donīt see an issue with watermarking..if it isnīt all over the screen as it does after some days with ozone and vue, initially theres a small watermark below the image..but after a while it becomes even uncheckabl, the way houdini does it is Great..it doesnīt interfere with it too much, but it is there making it unusable for commercial rendering, and the best part...almost fully working
and no time expiration so you can learn it for years and be sure that this is what you want, or use it in schools.

Cheers Discovery version with a 30 day license or the one without and has a 400 point limit on saving objects? I'm mucking around with the latter. :)

The 30 day license version... that's probably why

The ignoring of the Content Directory specs has been a problem for a long time. Seems like LHF to me, but there it is.
