Hi all, is there any way or tool at Modeler which allows me to detect any overlapped polygons in a mesh?

Thanks in advance!

I Don't think there is AFAIK.

If the polygons are overlapping perfectly and simply want to remove the duplicates, then first merging points (M) and then unifying polygons (shift + I) will usually do it.

But for simply detecting general overlaps of polygons there is nothing I know of that does this.

A hack: load the object in layout and hook a occlusion node into transparency, and you will see overlapping areas. Will not work if they are coplanar though, and hard to edit the mesh in layout, but as a quick check it might work.

Now, that's a cool hack. I've had some crap models that people got on Thingiverse and, when it doesn't slice well, blame the slicer; immediately claiming it to be a BUG! Manually clean up the model in Modeler and slice it; perfect. Locating the junk polys is frequently the most time consuming.
