View Full Version : Bullet Dynamics (need help)

Cylinder should run down the slope and fall into the box.
They should only have rotation on P. NOT on H and B.
And only move in -Z and -y.
Tried several settings, but did not find the way.

How can I prevent the movements and Rotations I did not want?

or is there a better way than to use BULLET?

You could try putting polys along the side of your ramp to guide those rods. Then just make those polys unrenderable.

It should fall pretty straight, if your stair is straight, and if you have your cylinders pivot point in the center of the cylinder, and your cylinder must be in perfect position in perpendicular angle towards the stair surface, and I recoment set angular damping to Zero.

Hard fx(the old dynamic system, you can probably lock rotation axis)

opss...didnīt notice you had a lot of cylinders.
