Is there a way to move or animate the position of a precalculated mdd file?
I mean something like parenting the mdd deformed object to a null and move it.

Apply it in object space, and move the object... Or apply it in nodal and add the position of a null to the mdd.

Fun random tip, If you scale the null you make the MDD-deformed object is a child of to -1 values instead of +1, it doesn't result in an inverted mesh like you'd expect, it mirrors the object and its motions instead.

Look in your MDD player settings. By default it's probably set to World Space; change that to Object Space and you can move, rotate or scale it as you please. Depending on the player you're using, it may say instead say Local or Key Move--same thing.
