Quick problem. I have scene where I need three bullets to fall, one after another and hit the ground w/a bullets typical bounce and a little rolling. The bullets fall into the scene(not visible at first). I need spacing so all three are not falling at same time. Would like overlap though -one ending while another is beginning. I've tried bullet dynamics and collision, but not getting what I want. What's the easiest way to solve the problem and also what settings should I focus on( I've played w/bounce so they're not bullet basketballs.)
One final question.. I'm doing my own foley for this…what do you guys do for foley effects when animating, besides hiring someone. Canned or self created. Thanks guys.

To delay when a simulation starts there's a sleep start option.

As for sound you could try recording the sound from different items hitting the floor. You could probably find empty shells at your local army surplus store.
