HI, can anyone help me with achieving the effect of worn corners and edges as per the example image?
Thank you.

You can do this using the DPkit edge node. http://dpont.pagesperso-orange.fr/plugins/nodes/Additionnal_Nodes_2.html Just mix it with some procedural textures.

For something like this and a lot of other things, dDo is a real good choice. Substance designer is real nice too. But I have been using dDo. The indi suite is now only around 100 USD.

Sorry off topic, but dDo looks pretty amazing! How well does it play with LW? If I open up an obj with different surfaces, is that enough to get going or do I need to UV everything first?

EDIT: 'kin 'ell! It's only Windows compatible. Rubbish.

Substance designer is probably even better than dDo if you want to take the time to learn it.

All nodes

And it is available on the mac.

All these kinds of things reqiure UVs and yeah you can make it all work with LW very easily.

What you want is a color ID map, there are a lot of ways to make one. SD will also make your various maps AO Normal etc.
