I am 50.

Congrats! How does it feel?

I'm not _that_ far away, and am dreading it, much more than 40 bothered me.

I am not sure, people don't believe it, yesterday at the doctor's office they asked twice if the birth date was correct. I think I am 35 more than 50. It is fun to tease those 40ish people about "the time before Star Trek"...

Congrats shrox, I hope your medical issues you had donīt prevent you from doing your latest improvements in the works.

I myself will turn 49 now in october the 24th, also get comments of being younger...occasionally, but unfortunatly my life isnīt going the benjamin button way..that is clear when I pat myself on the head.

50 is nothing...the worlds oldest women recently turned 127 ? I think.
then again I think maybe quite many of us can have a full life almost...even if we donīt get that old..if you live in and can enjoy as many moments you can during your life..important to make moments everyday to
really enjoy and appreciate life in many many ways.

who will cry when the sun dies?

Yeah I remember you showing a family photo at some point, quite old looking. I guess we can count with your presence for a long time :)

Happy Birthday!

It's the contrary for me, I've always looked much older than I actually am, and when I was 35 some people were thinking I was 10 years older... partly because of my hair that went gray when I was 18, I guess.
Anyway, happy birthday !!

I'll be 40 tomorrow. I lost my father when he was 36, so I think that reaching another year it's a victory, so... Enjoy :) and Happy birthday

Congratulations on reaching your first half century: I passed that milestone almost 10 years ago and looking forward to a few more - contingent on them hurrying up with the development of those anti-aging treatments! ;)
