Hey I am trying to take this UV Map I painted in photoshop and
wrap it around an eye can someone help?

I'm not sure how you're trying to map your eye (I can't see your image), but the easiest way is to planar project it along the Z axis. Don't even mess with UV's that is unless you like to work harder then you have to. Leave UV's for your skin textures. Just take a screenshot of the front view of your eyeball geometry and paint your eye textures from that.

I dont know why the image is not coming up. I eported an Atlas UV map of
my eyeball into photoshop as an eps file; there I painted the map flatened
the image and saved it as a tiff. Now I cant figure out how to wrap that image around my eye object.

how about saving it in jpg format, the board can't show tiffs.

Nevermind I got it, everything was fine I just had my map saved in the
wrong color format!
