I was wondering when this was going to show up again. Be sure to get positioned in the 3rd party list on the LW site, I hope they are planning to do a piece about this in their news feed at the appropriate time.

Looks great Steve, well done.

BTW how do we install/use DEMO you posted in previous tread ? I've installed *.p, added it to the menu and nothing happens when i click button (i have models in scene so it's not ghosted) ? Where do i type in Demo license number when nothing gets open up from GUI ?

LW 11.6.3 64bit

Thanks

nice, looks more and more like vue eco painting.
Did I observe this right? did you choose multiobjects in the list so it sprays several types of instances at once? and if such..in what way can you control the amount for the different instances.

Seems that we only need erase and a scale brush too and a way of setting different amount for individual instance species so to speak, and a good performance if possible spraying in full shaded mode.

Very cool. This has application in medical visualization as well.

Could've been advertised (as an upcoming 3rd party) during the Siggraph festivities too.

They're no Peeblers over there.

Well you could do this as one example. You could cover a vessel interior with blood cells for a similar SEM shot. Protein chains infiltrating a bacterium. Bacterium on endothelial cells... starts to become quite a lot you could do.

Yes, all the instance creation tools can generate from multiple sources at once. There won't be a way to "weight" a particular type in version 1 but it is planned for later versions. But for now you can use the Paint Remove and Replace tools to tweak your composition. Here's a little demo (http://hurleyworks.com/media/flash/AP_PaintBlocks/AP_PaintBlocks.html)

Hi Lewis,

I'm not sure what the problem could be there. I'm going to release a new Demo version in the next day or 2 and if you're still having problems please give me a shout.

Hi Steve. The coming demo version will be windows only, or do you plan to release also a Mac version for the demo ?
