View Full Version : automatic walk using cyclist

Hello there, I had a model of rigged spider model years ago which had cyclist plugin applied to it. There was a fun thing about it that if you drag the spider body it used to walk automatically, it was so perfect as far as i remember.. Can someone guide me through the procedure of how to setup that scene? or if someone still have that old scene?

You can take any animated item, add the cyclist motion modifier to it, and in there set a frame range, control item, and control item channel and range. Then when moving the control item through the given range on the given channel, the controlled item will cycle through the defined animation range in response. Just add a couple things, slap on cyclist, its pretty self-explanatory.
