Does anyone else have any issues with the Intel HD Graphics 3000 chipset?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011)
MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2011)
MacBook Pro (17-inch, Late 2011)
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011)
MacBook Pro (15-inch, Early 2011)
MacBook Pro (17-inch, Early 2011)
MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2011)
MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2011)
Mac mini (Mid 2011)
Mac mini Server (Mid 2011)

Our signal chain works like this: Macbook Displayport out > VGA Adapter > Crestron DM16x16 switcher > HDMI to SDI converter > tricaster

Everything works EXCEPT macs with this specific chipset. Gets into the crestron ok, but after that gets lost.

I appreciate this is very specific to our setup, but would be interested to know if anyone's come across with issues like this!

What video resolution does the Crestron turn the VGA signal into? What model TriCaster? Does a HDMI monitor see anything on the Crestron output?

720p - that's what I always have selected from the Camera 4 input

What model TriCaster?
460

Does a HDMI monitor see anything on the Crestron output?
Good idea, I'll have to test this tomorrow.

I'll try and get a better idea of the signal path and report back.

If you hook up a HDMI monitor check to see what resolutions it sees.
