Help is needed!

The shadow from my Zombie turns white in After Effects and doesnīt dissappear from Lightwave!

Please see attached image!

Use the shadow catcher node instead. That additive transparency thing might be responsible for the mess. But Shadow Catcher is the way.

EDIT
yes, additie transparency is the naughty one. Shadow catcher works fine.

I've not really used it much myself, but youtube has a couple of videos to help... worth a go.

Hei,
fortunately very simple and painless.
-Go to the Surface Editor
-Select your surface you want to use as a Shadow Catcher
-Beside the Edit Nodes button Check the box, so it is active.
-Click on the Edit Nodes button
-Add Node -> Materials -> Shadow Catcher
-Click on the cyanblue box and pull it over to the Surface node Material (also cyanblue)
That's it
