subpatch mode may fix it. It has to do with the amount of blending and soft edges that you have there... if it does not fix it, it could be that you have 2 point polys on the edges and you need to delete them.

its already subpached I think its the color. :(

Thanks anyway

If you mean the banding, try turning dither on in the Process panel (press ctrl-F8 I think!) I'm not really sure how you're getting that though, I don't get banding unless i'm working in 16 bit on my monitor :P

To me it also looks like your screen (desktop) is set to 16 bit color. Make sure its set to 32bit or 24bit.
If you are still getting banding then... i have no idea :(

Is there a texture on there?
Is is sized properly, does it have proper UV coordinates?

It looks like it could be a badly streched image

it looks like it could be the 2 pointers like I mentioned earlier... try selecting the polys in an area where it's happening and look at the stats table (w key) and see if it says that you have all 4 pointers selected...

it looks to me like color settings somewhere else in your system...that sucks........and wait a minute...it looks like you just did a screencap from the renderer itself...if that's the case, make sure you save out a jpeg or maybe a psd or tiff or targa...then see if the lines are still there.

Did you happen to note the date of that last post? I doubt this is still an issue.
