Hi, I need to do 3 passes of a transparent glass object with different reflections maps for each passes. Just using Shaded reflection passes does not give me all the data I need. Is there a way to make a full render passes for 3 different objects (same position), each object having a different reflection map.

The 3 passes are to control the colors in After Effects. The object will be delivred in 8 color sets.

and

Unsure why you are wanting to automate this, although I think there is a way to substitute objects similar to changing from low poly count objects to high poly count objects by distance to camera, but it would seem that just having one scene with the three objects and turning two of them at a time off in Scene Editor and rendering manually would get the result faster than setting up a complex automated method to do it.
