I have a problem with F9 render. I am try to bake the normals you see, using surface baker camera (normal map generated by Normal Cast node by DP). The problem is that, as you can see on the image, the VPR on the right shows the texture correctly, while F9 is all a mess. 121273

Any idea on how to avoid this problem?

Make a copy and Try tripling your polygons. It seems like a triangulation issue at render time.

Mh, yes, it is possible... is there a way to tell Lightwave not to triangulate mesh at render time?

A triangle is the smallest way to define a surface in 3D space. All rendering software breaks everything down to triangles for rendering. Is this a sub-D model??

No, but i got some kind of solution. I did my model smooth and then i unwelded all the polys. Now it looks good in rendering baker.
