Hi, by crancking the AA settings and adding 4 passes of MB, I can somehow reduce it but the render time just become unrealistic.

Sadly I got weird black artefacts when using Dpont Depth of Field node.

I am rendering glass objects.

You can use post process filters... but for the nicest effects you need to do it with AA (and ideally using AS). This vid'll clue you in on the details of using the AA/AS system to get clean renders whilst optimising time as much as possible...
