Howdy.

Brand new TC410...

For some reason, the headphone volume control in the audio panel doesn't seem to be do anything... Volume is at a certain level, but I can't seem to change it. Seems to be at around 60-70%.

I have no control panel, just using software UI. I can turn the knob, and it turns on screen, but no difference in volume.

Am I missing something?

Best,

Ben

Jut to be sure, you are plugged into the "phones" jack under "audio out", not the motherboard breakout right?

Also make sure you are running the most recent software. There was some 410 audio fixes very recently. Don't know if they effected the headphones, but you would want it installed.

Yes.... plugged into the right jack.

I'm running the most current unless there's something new in the last week or 2. Since there's no update notification, it's almost impossible to stay fully current.

I just tried this on my system and am having the same issue with the latest software. I just bugged it. I'm sure something like this will be fixed quickly. Thanks for the info.
