Whilst building a model I some how managed to get a lot of my skin double sided. I had a section that I wanted double sided because it was transparent and some how it took on large parts of the model. I have tried "unifying polygons" But that didn't work. The only solution I've come up with was to select every polygon on the outside of the model and copy and paste it to another layer. I did have some success with that, but not total. It also has a large number of polygons making this option very time consuming. So does anyone know how to revert double sided polygons to single sided on the whole model, or large portions of at once?

Thanks in advance.

If you are using the 32bit version of LW you can use this plug-in. https://www.lightwave3d.com/assets/plugins/entry/select-doubled-polys/

Before using Unify Polys you should first use Merge Points..

Then there will be needed Unify Normals (or Flip) to flip polygons to right direction.

Thank you both for your suggestions. I'm going to give both a try, this has been driving me nuts.
