Hi, guys!

I am trying to export an animation through the Alembic method. The question is: I didnīt move the object because I used bones to do that in my two objects. When I import the animation using Alembic, everything is ok but the position of the objects is not. Do you know how to fix that? Some help would be very welcome for sure.

Someone could tell me if you tried to export some animation using this method? Using deformation by bones? Please?

Can't you just parent the objects to a null and reposition that?

Alembic saves skinning as point cache so make sure your point cache is imported and setup properly.

Are you talking about LW Alembic exporter? I didn't know it had that.

Yeah, I was talking about exporting. But it is ok, thank you for your feed back anyway!;)
