There's been some new articles put up on the Lightwave website, I think I managed to get the Skyfall 3D printing story in there as I specifically wrote to one of the marketing people to point it out to them last year. And a great artist spotlight on some great Arch-viz. Also a few more very nice pieces in the gallery, does anyone one know where I can see more pictures of the awesome 'Spaceship in the desert" by Jim Martin? I think it's one of the most exciting ship designs I've seen for a while.

Paolo Zambrini of Engram studio gives away some really valuable tips on lighting, particularly vegetation and the use of DP light set ups. It's requires re-reading to understand, and I'll need to try it out but I love to find out new ways to speed up renders.

Thank you for the notice. I have always monitored the forums, posting along, but without an email, and not having a "gallery" banner or announcements at the top of the forums, like "others" do, I might have missed this. I did get an email, but sometimes the deluge of daily email traffic swallows less immediately important "stuff." Thanks for the heads up. When you do this, put in a link on your posting, just to make it easier and direct attention to what you are highlighting.... Just sayin'

more people should take it as routine and check the lightwave page more often maybe, the split from newtek main forum might need a sticky newsletter thread from newtek in the announcements.

https://www.lightwave3d.com/news/ so this page should be announced in this sticky thread category...

I got mine in the mail but this is Just my thoughts on it to secure more people actually noticing when it arrives...if some guys usally seem to have there mail pigeon getting lost.

I havenīt read up on it yet though, might be some weekend reading.
