Sorry for such a dramatic title I just want to follow up on the topic Roberto Ortiz posted at CGTalk http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=2&t=1144404&page=1&pp=15

I was heavily involved in insane (on compensated) overtime in the place I use to work before and I want to raise awareness among LW artist. We are a group who is very vulnerable to this problem and we should be aware of direct and indirect hazard of putting long hours for someone else's profit.

I work at a prison currently; and I can also attest to OT having an adverse affect on you. I recently had a bit of a scare with a skipped heartbeat. After several tests, and much anxiety; I've attributed it to too much stress (working in a prison setting, and doing it WAY too much), as well as the anxiety of the potential heart issue. Certainly makes you evaluate what's important in life. Want to see the Family grow up and all. ;)

I also noticed Leigh's usual snide remark/attitude she always have. I ignore her completely, as it seems does everyone else.

just remember to stay away from too much Battery / Red Bull....

too much is dangerous, only have max 2 per day... !

being up for 38 hours and still not feel sleepy just ain't right...

Just an opinion, but I think there is something wrong with your body if strong coffee isn't enough. Getting the right amount of sleep and exercise does wonders.

I stay with the coffee, I only use RedBull when its absolutely necessary, when drive and feeling drowsy. Never at work!

Sleep, 8 hours of sleep, exercise and balanced life. That is all that's needed. Otherwise this work will get the best of you.

I like the answer of that director of photography in the documentary who says whats the point of earning extra money if you going to spend it on doctors!
