View Full Version : Realistic architectural lighting & glass

I am trying to do a realistic building with the correct looking lighting & glass - I have tried using skytracer with radiosity, a white background with radiosity & spotlighting to act as the sun, and a sky dome, but none seem to look just right - plus my glass seems to make the inner rooms very dark, and the refelction just doesn't look perfect - anybody have any advice on scene lighting and glass settings?
At the moment I am using a skytracer background, radiosity on interpolated, glass with a refraction of 1.5 and reflection of 25%, and it looks pretty good - but just not perfect - any tips and help would be appreciated!
