View Full Version : Real flow+displacement

I would like to add a displacement to a realflow object sequence. When doing that The drops of the object got oddly deformed what I need to avoid. Anybody knows how to get it?

I thing what you want it a normal displacement. Throw in a scale node and put the normal output in to the blue input of the scale node. In the green input of the scale node you can put a procedural node.

Why are you using Geometric Normal?!

It's equal to Polygon's Normal.
Polygon's Normal is constant in whole single polygon.

Have you tried setting the image tiling to edge?

No luck :(

It is geometric normal because i was tryimg different ways. That was the last one

I'm assuming there's an alpha on that image (that's why the shadow under the smiley isn't showing, yes?).
So, is the background color on the image node set to 100% black (and blending type Normal)?
