Is there a way to mirror (copy) bone positions from one hand to the other?

I can't think of an easy way to do this in Modeler. The suggested workflow would be to modify one side of your rig with Symmetry on.

I believe there are some plugins/scripts out there that fix symmetry on a model, you could try those.

As long as your mesh is symmetrical, in Genoma, things work just like everything else in modeler and you mirror the hierarchy over.

For bones it would be nice to be able to rename them in the process like you can in Layout to replace Right for Left.
