:help: I must be really dense because I can not get my pivots to work. One of my characters has a large claw that rests at an angle and I can't get the rotations to match the claws, so to open and close the claw I have to use two rotators, one to move it up and the other to move it over back where it belongs. I've tried reading the manual and following the instructions, but I'm doing something wrong I end up distorting and twisting the claw. Anybody have any advice to clear the fog from my mind????

You can either add a (0 strength) parent to the offending bone to "pre-twist" it to the correct orientation, or just rotate the pivot point itself directly, either using the rotate pivot tool, or bone twist tool. Re-rest the bone after to reset the mesh binding.
