In Photoshop just set big resolution and it's done. I'm sure a lot LW users still waiting for UV image exporter ;]

if you have 32bit LightWave PC, then you can use the UV Imaginator plugin

(or use the Copy UV, that supports 64bit)

i export as eps and select uv texture view , just remember when you open with PS it opens in CMYK

I don't get the opening post. Sorry. :)
I do the same as the above. Export EPS, and off I go. That way you can make whatever scale you want as the strokes are initially vector graphics, thus no quality loss when you import in Photoshop.

I missed your tutorial... and EPS uv export, it' shame ;]
It should be somewhere in UV window. Let's hope many LW users realize about this possibility.
