I realize it's siggraph, but I have had a ticket in for 2 days with no reply at all. I am trying to get clarification on an issue with my account so that I can take advantage of the chronosculpt siggraph special. I have a sinking feeling i'm not going to get a reply till siggraph is over.

Why is all of the customer support absent?:cursin:

The LightWave group is small so they're resources are stretched thin I'm sure.

If there's an issue with your account that prevents you from taking advantage of the Siggraph special I would think they would help you. But I don't work for them so don't quote me on that.

Where did you find/hear this info? I was just on the ChronoSculpt page and couldn't find it.
